My way to Masculinity

A big (and juicy) part of my inner work on the path of Spirituality and Meditation was about my own masculinity.
From adolescence on, I somehow was always confused and not satisfied with my own “being a man” and also the way men were acting and presenting themselves in the world around, was either uninspiring or totally out of question for me.

Fortunately, on my path I was lucky enough to come across men who suddenly represented and embodied what I´ve been missing. They lived their life as men in ways I had been looking for and never understood in myself.
Meeting these men, devoted to Spirituality and yet fully and uncompromisingly living their masculinity (which is not very prevalent in modern “New Age – Spirituality”) was an enormous relief and a challenge at the same time for my masculine essence. And it still is!

Working on my masculinity, integrating it into my spiritual attitude towards life, and keeping on a constant inquiry into this theme through working with others, is a very nourishing part of my practice, and it´s a very powerful tool for transcending the limitations and divisions of gender and personality.
